1, cleaning and repair

 2, install the tension sleeve

        
        

Firstly, the tensioning sleeve is connected, and the tensioning sleeve is measured before the assembly meets the technical requirements. The tension sleeve is installed on the hollow shaft, and the gap between the tension sleeve and the hollow shaft is measured by the feeler gauge to make the tension sleeve and the hollow sleeve. The clearance of the shaft is less than 0125mm, the outer diameter of the tension sleeve is measured, and the assembly is carried out according to the technical requirements of the tension sleeve. After assembly, tighten the bolts and measure whether the size of the tension sleeve after assembly meets the technical requirements. If the technical requirements are met, install the bearings of the Cement Clinker Grinding Process Machine.

        
        

3, install the bearing

        
       

 Place the Cement Clinker Grinding Process Machine bearing on the bottom of the oil tank on the appropriate area, and add oil to the oil basin until the upper part of the bearing is immersed in 20mm, heat it to 140 degrees Celsius with wood and keep it for one hour. Use the hoisting bearing to install the vehicle, and hit the bearing in the right and left sides of the bearing to make it enter, so do not exceed 5min. If it is not installed, it is necessary to quickly withdraw the bearing and heat-treat the bearing. The bearing should be tightened to the tight shoulder.

        
       

 After the Cement Clinker Grinding Process Machine bearing is installed, it is necessary to use diesel to scrub the bearing, remove dust and sand, install a new bearing base, and monitor whether the left and right front and rear of the bearing seat exceed the standard. In addition, it is necessary to measure the gap between the left and right sides of the two bearings and the column and the bearing shell, and record; then measure the gap between the left and right sides of the two bearings, the upper and lower columns and the bearing shell, and compare the corresponding gaps, the variation can not exceed 0.1mm. . If it is exceeded, adjust the bearing upper and lower cover joint surface to prevent the bearing from being crushed.

        

 Finally, the bearings need to be oiled. Each bearing is filled with 40kg, the left and right gland of the bearing is good, and the gear meshing is up to standard, and the test can be carried out.
